Grass Works Lawn Care (“Grass Works,” “we,” “us”) provides lawn care, landscaping and irrigation services in Austin and the Highland Lakes area of Central Texas. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, property or service address, company name, and details about the services you are interested in. We collect this when you request an estimate, fill out a form on our website, call or email us, or become a customer.
- Billing information: invoices, payment records and service history. Card and bank payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Website information: pages visited, the site or ad that referred you, browser and device type, and approximate location. We collect this through cookies, pixels and similar tools (see below).
How we use your information
- To respond to estimate requests and schedule, perform and bill for services.
- To send service notices, such as schedule changes and weather delays.
- To send marketing emails about seasonal services and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

- To improve our website and services, and to keep our records accurate.
Advertising
We advertise on platforms such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To do this, we may:
- Use advertising pixels and tags on our website (for example, the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags) so these platforms can measure ad results and show our ads to people who have visited our site.
- Share contact information, such as email addresses and phone numbers, with these platforms in a secure, encrypted (hashed) form so they can show our ads to existing customers or to people with similar interests, or exclude current customers from ads. The platforms use this information to match it to their users and do not receive it in readable form for their own use.

- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our customer management, email, accounting, payment, website hosting and advertising platforms. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

How long we keep information
We keep customer and billing records for as long as needed to provide services and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.

Children
